I was hell tired today to cook food so was thinking of not eating anything. After a while I realized I have oats so why not trying something new today!
It took me around 10mins to make this delicious tummy happy meal.
I am going to describe the process step by step so that anyone can easily follow it and try at home.
Take 4 tea spoon of oats
Take a glass/cup of milk(200~250ml)*
You can also use water if you don’t have milk or you don’t like milk. But milk just tastes better compared to water.
Add a sliced Banana
Add a little bit of salt
Add Honey(I prefer this) or Sugar.
Mix them using a spoon gently.
Microwave for 2mins~2:30mins
Add some of favorite fruits or nuts( I had grapes added that)
You can eat apple, nuts, sliced dates to have different tastes.
I have added two eggs because I was looking for more food value in the meal after a hell long day.
