We made this robot for a line follower for a competition organized by Independent University Bangladesh(IUB). Major components used in this project was customized TCRT5000 based Infrared sensor, L298N motor driver, LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter, N20 motors compatible rubber wheels and ball caster from polulu. We designed the whole robot body in illustrator and construct the body using PVC board. We choose pvc board because of it’s light weight and it’s cost effective. we used Arduino Mega 2560 as MCU.
